A cancer diagnosis begins with making connections and answering questions. Our entire team at Baptist Cancer Center is here to help you get started. Contact us through of one our Mid-South locations nearest to you.

Returning Patients

If you are a Baptist Cancer Center patient currently under our care, we are dedicated to continually meeting your treatment needs. Choose the most convenient path to reach us by contacting a local clinic or talking to your provider through MyChart.

For Physicians

To formally refer a patient to a Baptist Cancer Center clinic, you can contact the clinic with the best location and services appropriate to your patient. We have locations with specific treatment modalities located across the Mid-South.

MyChart

Baptist One Care MyChart, Baptist's electronic health records system, allows physicians a convenient, efficient online method for requesting records, communicating with our physicians and managing patient care. All physicians can access MyChart to submit records.
